Terms of Use

Last updated June 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Rivlo website and the early-access waitlist. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Rivlo is today

Rivlo is in early development. This website is an informational and waitlist site — it is not yet a financial product or service, and nothing on it is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Eligibility

The waitlist is intended for residents of Canada who are the age of majority in their province or territory.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest; it does not guarantee access, pricing, or any particular feature. We may contact you about early access and may change or end the program at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, submitting other people's information without permission, scraping, or automated abuse of the signup form.

Intellectual property

The Rivlo name, branding, and the content of this site are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” during this early period, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivlo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops and will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
