Privacy Policy

Waitlist details you give us: your email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your first name and which capability you're most interested in.

Limited technical data: to prevent abuse of the signup form we store a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address. We never store the raw IP. We also use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand how the site is used.

What we do not collect here: this website does not connect to your bank and does not collect financial account data, balances, or transactions.

We use your email and name to contact you about early access and product updates, and your interest selection to help prioritize what we build first. The hashed IP is used solely to rate-limit and protect the form. We do not send marketing from third parties.

Waitlist information is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase) in a Canadian region. We use a small number of service providers — for hosting, analytics, and email delivery — who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or where required by law.

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until the early-access program concludes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Under PIPEDA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at hello@rivlofinancial.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy as the product develops. We'll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
