Rivlo shows you your own numbers. It never holds or moves your money, and it tells you exactly what leaves it.

Your plan, bills, pay, transfers, check-up and suggestions are calculated by Rivlo’s own engine. No outside AI is involved.
- Smart categories: optional, and it asks first.
Before it sends anything, Rivlo shows you what’s shared and asks you to choose. Business names go to OpenAI to sort them, and Google may look up one Rivlo doesn’t know, with the city only when it’s a known place. Never amounts, dates, your name or account numbers. Both may process this outside Canada. Turn it off any time. Neither service uses what Rivlo sends to train its models.

- Rivlo never sees your bank password.
You connect through Flinks, and Rivlo never sees your bank password. Where your bank offers it, you connect through the bank’s own secure sign-in. Otherwise you sign in on Flinks’ screen with your online-banking login, and some banks’ agreements ask you not to share it, so check yours if you’re unsure. With statements, there’s nothing to connect.
- Where your data lives.
Your data lives in Canada, in the ca-central-1 region of our cloud provider, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account can only ever read its own data. A few things are processed outside Canada: the business names Smart categories sends (OpenAI and Google), the emails we send you (Resend), and our website and its visit counts (Cloudflare). Flinks keeps Canadian users’ connection data in Canadian data centres. It keeps US users’ in US data centres, outside Canada.

Rivlo doesn’t sell your data or use it for advertising. Export your data or delete your account from inside the app, any time.

Our website uses no advertising cookies and doesn’t track you across other sites. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
